The SUPU HD4800 heavy duty hard drive shredder is suitable for the destruction of large quantities of server hard drives, 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch HDDs and SSDs, satisfied with the DIN66399 H5 level. The HD4800 consists of two widened and superimposed boxes and adopts a two-step crushing structure, equipped with two sets of durable blades of different thicknesses. The thickness of the blades in the first chamber box is 15mm, and that in the second chamber box is 12mm. A portable insertion conveyor is placed between the chamber
boxes to facilitate the placement and shredding of server hard drives. The shredding capacity exceeds 300 per hour, which to some extent improves the shredding efficiency. The shredding size is mostly under 15*15mm and it is equipped with a 40L bin.
On the core device, the HD4800 contain heavy duty dual shaft shredding system, planetary gear box drive system, smart control PLC system with touch screen, making the shredding steps visible and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the shredding process.
